Composition:
Contains per g water soluble powder:
500 mg Amoxicillin (as amoxicillin trihydrate).
Dosage and administration:
For oral administration through drinking water, milk or feed.
General dosage pigs and calves:
20-40 mg amoxicillin per kg bodyweight, 2 times per day, for 3 to 5 days.
37,5-75 g Dufamox 50% w.s.p. per 100 litres of water or
100-150 g Dufamox 50% w.s.p. per 100 kg of feed.
General dosage poultry: 20 mg amoxicillin per kg bodyweight per day, 3 to 5 days.
20 g Dufamox 50% w.s.p. per 100 litres of water or
40 g Dufamox 50% w.s.p. per 100 kg of feed.
Dosage can be doubled if necessary.
Medicated water, milk or feed should be used immediately and refreshed every 24 hours for the
duration of the treatment.
Withdrawal Time:
For meat
Calves, goats, sheep and swine: 8 days.
Poultry: 3 days.
